Wow! Packs some punch!
So I decided to find a happy medium in terms of price and quality. I couldn’t have chosen better. I already own an Azatom DAB radio and although it’s only small, the sound on this is so good that it seemed like the obvious choice. I have it set up between two exercise machines in my garage so I can easily slide the unit along the floor to the left or to the right whichever way I swing my tv on it’s bracket arm over corresponding exercise machine. When setting up, from my TV, there was no joy. The panic started to set in. To solve the problem you need to choose the (PCM) option on your options for optical link output and not the Dolby option. This is a two channel speaker set up so obviously won’t encode Dolby Surround for that very reason. It works a charm, sound quality very impressive indeed. The stereo sounds quite spatial and the sound can be raised to a higher than expected level. Azatom seem to be a brand that holds its promise to deliver on British manufactured high end quality on a reasonable and fair budget. I’ve had other soundbars in the past made by ‘other leading brands’ this matches their quality so why pay more when you’ll find contentment with this. The mode selection is colour coded, look at your manual, don’t fling it away with your box, plus you need to register for your warranty what’s more. To summarise then. Likes: Compact, lightweight, incredible sound that fills my garage space, British made so massive saving on shipping costs so often applied to goods from other countries and to be honest this is the best value item I’ve bought from Amazon in a long time. Dislikes: The fact I’d not thought of getting this soundbar sooner. Batteries not included but that’s a good thing as a faulty battery can cause someone to hazard a guess that the whole system doesn’t work and will then want to send the whole thing back to Amazon because that’s how people can be and sometimes there are brand new faulty batteries in circulation. I thought afterwards that this is a good thing and figured the reasons why for myself. The main thing I dislike is the fact that the sound from this soundbar is better than my living room TV sound which has integrated speakers all around and is 7.1 Dolby Atmos. Sure there’s some bass to this TV to which I refer to however, the bass on this soundbar does not distort at 3/4 level, whereas my TV does. This means I may have to get myself yet another. Oh well, hey ho, nothing like supporting local trade I guess. Everyone will benefit in the end. Final note: Don’t be fooled by numbers of how many watts speakers pump out being the reference to sound quality. It’s the high quality workmanship that makes a good sound and loud speakers can be of a low wattage. If the bass is maxed then there is inevitably a little rumble and this can be lowered by pressing the ‘flat’ key option on the remote and then the values of bass and treble can be activated +/- 4 steps each way so 8 flashes of the indicator light in the total frequency range for each. The treble and bass do not function if you select an equaliser preset first. Basically, if you want quality sound, choose Azatom. Amazing Value.

Excellent value for money!
Arrived promptly, incredibly easy to set up (using bluetooth) and very impressive sound quality. Delighted with the purchase - which is extraordinary value. Really pleased to have been able to purchase from a UK-based company, and being able to register a three year warranty is tremendous.

Good soundbar
Good quality sound bar and good quality sound. Very easy to use. Only 4 stars because you can’t control its volume via the TV, only on its own remote. For an inexpensive soundbar you won’t go wrong with this one.

Great sound for the money.
Brilliant value for money Entry level sound bar gives great sound, which was unexpected I must say. Would highly recommend for greatly improving the awful sound from many TVs!

Good buy
Not as good as a Samsung but does the job for a living room. I use the movie eq for music and the others for tv. Just my preference. Easy to set up and connects easily.

It's good
There is no display, so you have to adjust Bass and Treble by ear. There is light changing indicator for the input. The bass is good but the sound is average for what I'm using it for. Also i thought the width was too long but that is on personal preference and where you will be placing it.

Good price nice sound bar
Chose this as we have had a media wall built. It looks good in the shelf and the sound is good for what we want. It does make it seem a little more like a cinema experience. It has different modes such as cinema sound, speech and music. It also has a equalizer so you can set the sound to your preference. There are probably more expensive ones out there but for what we want it is brilliant.
