I've had my pair of peelers for over three months now, and they've been through the dishwasher plenty of times. They stay sharp, look high-end, and handle beautifully. Just a heads-up—fingers and nails beware! They’re so sharp, you might end up adding more than just veggies to the soup!

Super Sharp
These will peel even the toughest sweet potato or squash. But watch your fingers, they will cut you wide open if your not careful. They are super sharp. Do not let children use. Wonderful tool, but extremely sharp. Will be a member of my kitchen staff for years to come.
