I'm sorry that I could not keep this but it did not fit my phone. I have a 6E and I must have read the description wrong.

I love this case. This is my second Speck case, the first one broke. If this lasts past the 8 month mark I will come upgrade it to 5 stars.I thought I should write this review for anyone wondering about the color. The name of this color is "Malachite Black Gold / Berry Black Metallic."Before it arrived I was wondering from the "Berry Black" if it would have a purple hue. I would have been happy either way, but I can imagine a man would not want purple on his phone case.Now that I see it in person I think the color is a deep Navy blue along with the black and gold.I have posted pictures of the phone, including one against my navy blue purse. When it is in front of something that is clearly blue, then the hue looks more royal blue.Another feature I was pleasantly surprised about was that it is in a matte finish. I attached photos of it next to my old Speck case which is definitely glossy. The glossy case picked up scratches easily. I will update this when I've owned it longer than a day to see how it stands up to scratches.Another good feature I had not considered before was the dark color of the rubberized front. On my old phone I had not noticed how dirty the pink looked on the front. I think the navy color will stay clean and new looking longer.Like I said in my review I wrote for the first case, it is not slippery in my hand. Also, even though the first case cracked, it still did it's primary job and protected my phone.This case represents a balance between protection and aesthetics. I think the life proof and otter box cases are bulky and ugly. The prettier cases are not durable enough. This case is beautiful, fits well in my pocket, and Speck has previously successfully protected my phone from a drop that was hard enough to break the case.I think this is a more gender neutral case. I've already gotten a compliment on how unique and interesting it looks after owning it one day.

This is for the "HoneyedBurl/BerryBlack Glossy" Nice case. But as others have said it's not the color that you see in the pics. More yellow/orange colored than the caramel looking one you see in the above pics. But having said that I still like it. Still looks nice and fits the Iphone 6 plus well. Also I didn't realize it from the pics but the lip around the screen and covering the buttons also around the camera cutout is the Purple/Berry color. I think it would've looked better being black but that's just a preference.Not heavy duty protection but seems like it will be okay for small drops. Has a small lip for screen protection. This case covers the buttons but they're still easy to push which is always a good thing. I hate the ones you have to press with all your might to do anything. It has no texture to it, but I still find it has enough grip to it that it won't slide out of my hand. So I wouldn't classify it as a slick case.This is my first Speck Candyshell case. Besides the color not being exactly like it shows here, I really like the case. Would've given it 5 stars if the color was correct.

The case itself is super cute. I love the colors. I had a another Speck case and I really like it but it was the CandyShell Grip so it was easy to hold on to. I just wanted a change so looked at this one. I had a really good drop with a previous Speck case that somehow managed to save my phone from damage so I stick with Speck. Unfortunately, this case is really slippery and feels kind of cheap. The finish isn't shiny just very smooth and slippery. My daughter has the same kind of case but hers has a shiny finish and it's not nearly as slippery as this one. I have a pop socket on the back so it's easier to hold but I'm not sure I'll continue to use the case. Maybe the feel of it will change once it's been used more? Hoping so.

I have broken my screens with more expensive cases. In fact, I had an otter box that ruined my phone because sweat had seeped through the home button. I went to a man that fixes screens (because I break them so much) guess I am klutzy unfortunately. He recommended Speck - this case and it is cute too. lET ME TELL YOU I HAVE DROPPED ON THE FACE AND CORNER AND NO BREAKS OF SCREENS!!! Highly recommend this military grade case. Well worth it!

The case looks great. Amazing detail on the back. I really like the silicon/rubber feel and raised part around the screen, so the screen doesn't sit on a surface. The case is very slippery, but that could be from being a 6s+. Giving it 3 stars because the tiny plastic pieces that connect the charger port to speaker have broken and are only holding on by the silicone/rubber. I don't know how it would break there, as the phone has never been dropped and is well maintained.

I love Speck products so much, and this Jonathan Adler case in particular. I wish it wasn’t discontinued, as I actually bought the wrong one and they don’t have it for my new phone. I’m keeping this one because it’s so pretty and I can gift it.

I’ve been using Speck cases since purchasing my first iPhone back in 2011. I absolutely love the durability and design of the candshell cases. Add to it the fun designs they now come in, and you’ve got a continuously loyal customer! I have to purchase a new case every year or two, as the edges do start to crack and lose integrity after too many drops. With that being said, it’s doing it’s job, as my phones have always been kept safe while in the cases.

It’s SPECK so no doubt about durability buy it and make money worth and save your device.
