The can may have the country of origin. But there is a sticker blocking it. So I don't know. My impression is that it is made in India. Lithium grease is something that can be purchased in flat plastic tubes at any auto spares shop. This canister has pressurized air in it. So it is convenient to apply it in places that are hard to reach. That is the only difference between this and lithium grease in plastic tubes. Lithium grease is used for metal to metal lubrication.
