The mic arrived promptly and was nicely packaged. The item seems to be well made and quite solid. The item setup is rather easy. I've used the mic to record via Audacity. The recording was clear and I assume with some adjustments it could have been even clearer. The item seems a good value for the price. The only disappointment for me was that the mute button failed to work.

This was a reasonably priced alternative to an internal computer microphone that was not working properly in a new computer. So far I have been using it for about two weeks and there have been no problems. The instructions were not very well-written but I installed the microphone just using generalwindows - 11 knowledge.

I bought this for my classroom using my Prime membership shipping because the tech department at my school took three months to turn around my last equipment requests.This mic has been great for teaching with students in class and on Zoom in a hybrid learning model. I wanted a mic that would be able to pick up students in the room as well as me during instructions & lessons. It does a great job picking up even quiet students fifteen to twenty feet away. I also bought a 15 foot usb extension and hung it in the top center of my white board. I can move about the classroom and teach normally without having to wear earbuds, a lapel mic, or other device. I also like the option of muting the classroom with the button on the mic to address students in class without broadcasting to my Zoom audience.

have used this every workday for over a year, working from home. Use a cheap set of Logitech speakers and this mic. for all calls and conferences. I'm told I can be heard very well, and no issues with feedback. (using a Dell computer, this mic is plugged into one of the docking station USB ports). no issues. no problems. works every time. wish everything computer related worked this well.

Great for meetings or any conference call. Nice and clear

Bought this omni-directional mic to hold virtual conference meetings for our church. Our first time using it with 4 people spread out through the room the mic was able to pic up everyone's voice very clear. Used with Windows 10, and Zoom and Google Meets, and both detected the mic no problem. The end user said audio was pretty clear, and no echo from picking up sound from laptop speakers (but that is also could be due to noise cancellation from the programs themselves.In terms of build quality, it's heavier than expected, and feels really solid. Overall satisfied.

The very mechanical, stiff mute button creates really loud clicks when you turn it off, or turn it on, to the point I didn't feel I could inflict this microphone on my coworkers via zoom. I wanted to use an external mic with a mute button so I could easily mute and unmute myself, but it's just too loud both turning it on or off. Otherwise, it's solid, elegant, and seems to work well. Fatal flaw with the clicking mechanical mute, though.

Sometimes head phones get tiring to wear after a while, so I was looking for alternative, and if we have several family members off the computer on zoom, it also awkward to switch around with headphones. So, I purchased this unit. It works very slick. Only thing, it is not a sterio recording, so was little disappointed in terms of using for music ( although it picks up musical instruments very well). Sound quality of pickup seems really good, clear and good volume.

Using it with Zoom and MS Teams and simply put the audio quality isn't that great. Tinny, echoey and not very loud.

It is very useful when playing games and communicating with other players. Sounds quality is good. Easy to use.
