Very happy with purchase. Quality underwear. Well worth the cost.
Received today and took it for a “test drive”. Odd perhaps to take your underwear for a drive. I’ll explain later. First about the boxer briefs. Soft 100% cotton. Waistband not restrictive nor scratchy. Elastic covered inside the same soft cotton material. Short leg part. If you’re looking for longer-pantleg boxer briefs, these may not be to your liking. I happen to like the in-between version of regular briefs and full leg length boxer briefs. I have a 34” waistline. Medium fits perfect. Hope it will hold up after washing it. I haven’t seen any comments/reviews/warnings about major shrinkage. Why I took my underwear for a test drive. I am 67 with an enlarged prostrate and at times have sudden urges that get me in trouble if there is no bathroom around within 60 seconds. I do not have a constant leakage issue as I’ve read in other reviews. I do not need protection at night nor during the day when I am home or near a bathroom. I do however need the protection when I am on the road away from home or close proximity to a restroom. I have been using “Depend FIT-FLEX Incontinence Underwear for Men, Maximum Absorbency”. Also an Amazon purchase. And although those provided excellent protection and saved me from quite a few embarrassing moments, they were too bulky for my taste. Too much padding in the back where I don’t need the protection. I must say today’s maiden voyage was successful. In addition to the briefs I also purchased from Amazon the “Depend Incontinence Guards for Men, Maximum Absorbency”. I read a review stating using pads with these briefs as extra protection. Well without going into details I can assure you it works! The pad absorbed while the briefs stayed dry. Note about the pads. The have an adhesive strip. I didn’t use for my first experiment. If needed for longer period without restroom availability I figure the protection of the brief would save the day and would absorb any overflow. Also the pad is easily removed and replaced. The pad comes in a discreetly packaged pouch about the size of a large wallet. Plan to bring a few when out and about for any sustained length of time away from a restroom. In closing, very happy with it. Very comfortable. Feels like wearing regular cotton briefs with the added sense of confidence of not feeling like an old incontinent pitiful senior. Priceless.

Worth every nickle
These are not cheap but they do work really well for men to avoid urine accidents showing. To make them last longer and not shrink, I do not put them in the dryer; however, I do put them in the washing machine without any problem. They are extremely well made of quality materials. My elderly husband really likes how well these underpants work. They are surprisingly absorbent but they are not designed for holding the contents of a full bladder. They so impressed his doctor that he has recommended them to other patients.

Excellent Product.
I am 4 months post op from prostate surgery and these shorts are so much better than having to stuff an anatomically incorrect pad into my underwear..Why some one can't make an anatomically correct pad for men that doesn't end up with a bunch of pad between your legs is beyond me, but that is a different topic. The built in pad in these shorts is perfect size and shape. I can wear them all day without worrying about leaking through. My only complaint would be the waist band on them is of poor design. It is made of the same material as the shorts and constantly folds over, very annoying. Wish they used a waist band similar to what is on underarmour shorts.Sizing is very important on these so make sure you check the size chart.

Works well but doesn't hold up as should be expected for the price.
I keep ordering these because I do like them. They do the job and don't bunch up. The main drawback is they just don't hold up through as many washes as I expected. After 8-10 washes the stitched fabric at the bottom of the padded area starts coming apart. Once that starts the hole gets bigger fast. You might get 1-2 more uses before they go in the trash. Overall, if they would hold together better they would be worth the price, but.........I will probably start looking elsewhere.

Great Transition Underwear
These were a great transition from the clunky diapers with a pad I’d been wearing since my prostate surgery. I still USE a light or heavy pad with these as needed, I once again feel normal, no chafing just nice soft feeling underwear. I’ve been using them daily for biking, golf and everyday use. I’ve had them for over a year and the quality is excellent, the price might seem high but it’s worth the price to feel normal again!! Don’t hesitate to try.

Peace of mind
Honestly I never knew about these until I was an adult. I used to wear depends as a kid even into my teenage years. I was never able to do things that I should be doing as a child like running and so on without having accidents so I would stop activities to avoid embarrassment. I discovered these by searching online for help with accidents running and these came up and all I can say is I don't worry anymore and I'm not embarrassed to go out without having a spare change of clothes. I was born with spinal bifida and have multiple surgeries so bladder incontinence became a part of my life due to my disability. For me these fit but I would go just a size smaller for myself. The surface area of contact is a little wide but it isn't uncomfortable to deal with and these feel like regular underwear and not as if you're wearing a diaper. I would definitely buy again but a smaller size for myself for my comfort

Short life span
I have bought a number of pairs of these at different times. The fabric has torn at the seam that joins a the front cup after a short period of time. I find them comfortable but the life cycle I am getting from them does not justify the cost. Will be looking for substitute product on my next order.
