Some like green tea and charcoal are , but others like oat and clay are not. These are best suited for adding color to soap and cosmetics. We aim to make it simple to find which ones work best for your medium.

Can these be used to color bath salts or bath bombs?

I don’t see why not; however, I will say that I used this for soap, and I matter what I did, I couldn’t get it to not clump. This was a first and last purchase for me.
