Our doors also provide security – all frame and panel structural components are made 14-gauge iron. The 2” × 6” frames and panels are foam injected with closed cell polyurethane to provide the maximum amount of insulation. Wrought iron design scroll work made with 5/8" solid steel bar hand forged by skilled craftsmen to fit each door. Independently operating glass frames allow for ventilation and easy cleaning. Foam filled compression weather stripping on both door panels and window frames to provide a weather tight seal. Multi step process of e-coat and powder coat paint in Hand Rubbed Bronze faux finish adds to the brilliance of our doors. The standard jamb is 6”. Our doors are equipped with mounting flanges for ease of installation while maintaining structural integrity. Doors come with standard double bore tubular hardware preparation with 5 ½” center to center on the bore holes of 2 1/8” bores requiring 2 3/8” backset for 2” door thickness.
