Good and healthy
I use these Rye flakes. along with old-fashioned oatmeal (they look about the same) in a basic Muesli mix that I got when I was in Germany. The recipe uses both these cereals, sliced almonds, and raisins (I use craisins) I've bought these rye flakes several times.

Hot & creamy
I'm so happy that you have this. Decades ago Roman Meal use to make a cream of rye ceral, but they went out of business. I love the taste of rye & the texture is smooth & creamy.

But it's a small bag for the price. You only get 8 servings. 😐 I use it to make porridge.
