The product was very good but the packaging was terrible.They should have made sure that the china cups could not move about in a box that was way too large,and not enough packing around them to make them secure.

Beautiful mugs but the box was dented as it came in a paper envelope.
I wanted a nice set of mugs. They are porcelain but they’re quite thick, I thought they would be more delicate but the thickness of the china was quite chunky and heavier than I expected. The designs are really beautiful and I would give them five stars, I love Sarah Miller products. However I was so annoyed when I received them in a brown paper envelope!! Consequently the beautiful box had a big dent in it. Surely the box is part of the beauty of the product. Supposing this had been a gift for someone? As it was it was a gift to me and I would have liked to have kept the box as it was so pretty. This purchase should have been packed with more protection.
