Love product, butWon't buy from this seller again
I love the product. Found it one time at Costco, bought a big box at a reasonable price but couldn't find it when I went back. I ordered this a month and a half ago from Amazon, but I ordered three. So far I only have one that came yesterday. Love the product, but don't like who I bought it from. Won't buy from this seller again.

Although I had some reservations about trying Veggie Craft elbow pasta, given my previous lackluster experiences with gluten-free pasta alternatives, I was pleased to find that it exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed it even more after adding freshly grated Parmesan Reggiano, butter, pasta water, salt, and pepper to taste. Arrived with packaged crushed…macaroni laying in bottom of bag. Expensive! Damaged! Returns not accepted! Furious!

Perfect for Mac and cheese
This is the best gluten free pasta I’ve tried. My best friend has celiac and I used this for homemade macaroni and cheese and this has a sturdiness most gluten free pastas don’t. Usually it turns to mush but even though my recipe had a long cook time, the texture stayed really good. Over all good value for the price.
