Besides the fact that these are just yummy, the customer service is great! I was supposed to get a delivery right when the shut down occurred and nothing could be shipped. I was refunded my purchase price, but then, unexpectedly several months later, the package arrived. I don't know if it was the original package that finally made it or a replacement when shipped between Japan and US was finally possible but it was a VERY pleasant surprise!
