Unfortunately we cannot use this product in USA since it requires a certain chips to download English songs from a computer . Most of the songs are in Korean language . Tried to return it to the seller from Korea but USPS will charge $350 ++ . So the costly product is sitting in the garage . Wish the seller can give us another option .

The worst investment I ever made
Barely any decent song selection, out of the box. I bought the 50-song pack DLC, and found about 90% of the music that I wanted (like Bon Jovi, Bonnie Tyler, Billy Joel, etc) were not downloadable. Basically, it's a $400 solid brick. Plus, it comes with the REALLY OUTDATED s-video cables!!! Come on, that was from the 80's!!! The worst investment I ever made. The money would have been better spent on Rock Band or even Guitar Hero, that's how lousy I feel right now. DO NOT BUY KARAOKE FROM KOREAN VENDORS!!!
