FOXSMART 329683 PLA 3D Printer Filament 1kg Spool - 1.75mm - Silver

Bought late 2016. Jams the printer, and the spool size is so small that the plastic is highly curled, which creates problems with it feeding through the bowden extruder properly, as well as it snapping and breaking as it straightens out. Didn't even use 1/10th of the roll because it was causing so many problems.

Before buying I was not sure if this PLA would be good. It had very little reviews. I know now that his PLA is by far the greatest I have worked with. It is very strong and consistent. At first I was having issues but that turned out to be my printer. Since fixing my printer problem it has been perfect.

Excellent filament, it'll print well. Use 205C, 65HBP.When printed in solid blocks, it's pretty gray. Perhaps in a thinner piece it would be more silvery.

Not very translucent, but cheap and nice material.

The spool the filament comes on is too small to fit on the printrbot's spool holder. From what I have seen there is a pretty standard spool size and this isn't it. Other than that it has been good filament so far.

Does not fit on the spool for a Printrbot Simple, which makes it difficult to work with.

I ran it through my printrbot Simple Metal with no problems like the other foxsmart filament that I've purchased in the past.
