This pan is so versatile! I use it to cook so many thing. Handles high heat very well. A "joy" to use!

Light and sturdy
I have the previous version of this pan and I loved it. I especially liked that the bottom was wide and flat. With this newer version, the bottom diameter is not as wide.

Dishwasher safe and non stick
These Joycook pots and pans are great. I’ve been using them for 10 years. I now need new ones as they’re starting to peel and then it’s not nonstick anymore, but I’ve learned that I will only be using silicone utensils in them and they will last much longer. I have fallen in love with this brand and I’m disappointed to not get them all anymore that I got 10 years ago.
