Let's Ride: Riding Star - PC

This game is okay. I wouldn't say it was the best because there aren't many choices for your horses coat and mane. It is not to challenging but dressage can get really challenging once you progress in the game. You can only have three horses which is more than some other games. the best thing about it is the different competions. you get one horse for each type of competion. One for dressage, show jumping, and cross-country. It is overall a really good game. I never experienced any glitches or malfunctions. This game will challenge you and have you playing it for at least a week non-stop. Its not the best but is still a good game.

This is actually the 2nd one of these I bought for my daughter (12 yrs old). We misplaced the first one on an old laptop and she (and I!) missed it so much we bought another. Seller did a great job getting it to us on time in new condition. Despite it's age, this is a super-fun game because you can get competitive in your favorite discipline, train and practice in others, or just free ride. Graphics may not be as 'fancy' as others, but it is realistic enough with a wide variety of courses to ride. My daughter likes being able to change out the rider, horse, and discipline. I find myself moving along with the horse's gait and not wanting to get off!

My daughter owns almost the complete series of Let's Ride, the ones for hand-held and playstation game systems are still a little better than those for PC, but the graphics were better than anticipated on this one.

As an adult who plays horse games, I LOVE LOVE LOVE this game! I love the fact that you can have a horse for each discipline; although, you only have 3 color choices for the mane/body.Just a warning, I was use to playing the games with the arrow key pad, but this one you control with the mouse/key pad. If you accidentally bump the mouse while you're in a competition, it could cause you to lose. It takes time to get use to it, but if you have a mouse where you can control the speed, put it on the lowest level and you should be fine.This is the first game I've received from the "lets ride" series, but i just bought another one! hopefully its just as fun.

I bought this for my child to play, but it was a bit hard for her to play, will try again when she is a little older.

The colors and graphics are great. This game is fun and provides lots of challenging games that allows for many hours of excitement and entertainment.

We purchased 3 computer games for my daugher at the same time. She has been playing non stop since she got them. We bought a WII game too, but she is much happier with the pc game.

Purchased for my 9 year old daughter who loves horses. I was concerned that she'd find the controls difficult; but children probably adapt faster to computers. She absolutely loved this game.
