8"x5"x3.5". But it does expand some in all directions, as it's cloth and not rigid.

Will tombow brush pens fit in it?

They should b able to fit, I’ve never personally had to bow brushes tho, I put my sharpies and pens in it and it still has a little room left. So maybe but not 100% sure.

How do you open the pencil pouch compartment? It has no zipper

Your zipper should have zipper dangle. Contact the seller. My bag has a dangle on the top zipper and the side zipper.
