Battery Filler with a Drip
This Battery Filer drips when you move t from Vertical to Horizontal to fill a Battery. It should not drip any water when moving from Battery Cell to Cell. Basically Junk.

Good Product
I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet but I've had one in the past. They are excellent for filling a battery with the least amount of spill.
