Assembly was OK. There is no clamp. I like the looks. Quality seems adequate. Everything is much lighter duty than the old-stye halogen tube versions of these lights, but that is OK. That make it much lighter weight than the old-style ones. I have not seen any flickering at all. I especially like that the controls are on both the lamp pole and the remote. I've seem similar with remote only. I like the fact that the (temperature) color is selectable. I only use the 4K, but for a long time 4K LEDs were unusual. Now that the color is selectable, I can get what I want. A couple time I accidentally hit the color change instead of the dimmer. Mildly annoying. Assuming the LED "bulbs" last as long as advertised that will be big advantage over the old-style. And the lower wattage of LED means less heat and less electric consumption. I also like that the "head" is tiltable. I can either bounce the light off the ceiling, or off the wall, or point the light at something in particular (but not down). Over all these are much better than the old-style halogen tube, lighter weight, less electric, less heay, flexible direction, and (generally advantageous) color selection, and WOO HOO, a remote control

These are good lights. I find the most useful features are the dimming and the color change feature. Lowering to the dimmest level gives a nice ambiance when watching television or movies, and the color changing from warm, almost yellow light to cool, blue/white is nice to match almost any existing living room lighting if you plan to use this as an accessory light. The remote works on multiple lights if you have them.

Very satisfied with the lamp. It takes a minimal amount of space and completely lights up the room . I like the ability to adjust the brightness and the soft touch to adjust the lite and the on/off button.

This was purchased for my little ones room as he needed a heavy duty floor lamp that’s better than the $20 torch lamp sold at my local “red bullseye” that collapsed due to my little ones attempts at tipping the light to turn the dial to switch the lamp on and off. Out of box Assembly was a breeze but be careful, it’s tall, heavy, and it can be used as a weapon to whoop your own a$$ during the assembly process. The lamp also has a usb port. Im sure it can be functional but it sits kind of high and I haven’t read the instructions on usage. The light output gives clear, even, and bright light. My kid bests likes what I call the daylight option (last setting) which gives clear even light throughout his room while he plays. *Ive found him sound asleep with his light dimmed as a night light so thats another great feature. All one has to do is touch the sensor area or use the remote. The remote is magnetic and sticks to the lamp so there should be no reason that the remote gets lost. *My sons dresser is metal and he often sticks it to his dresser for easier reach. Ive had the lamp almost a week and so far I absolutely love it. Im looking into getting one for my room as well. Don’t be scared go ahead...add to cart.

I have a small livingroom 15'x18', have tried several different stand lamps and the room has always seemed on the dark side. The two regular lamps I have now cast the room in a yellowish glow which I have never liked. I read reviews until my eyes burned and decided on this one and another that changed colors, red/blue/green etc, just for fun. My son wanted the color-changing light for his bedroom so I ordered a second of this lamp after set up of the first which was so easy. Set up was a breeze, took about 5 min. Light works easily with touch on the lamp stand and the remote is great. Didn't even have to do anything with holding buttons. I set it to the desired brightness and color (white light) and now every time I turn it on that's the setting it remembers. It lights the room really well so I am really glad I ordered a second. Once I received the second lamp, I was able to discontinue using the yellowish-color lamps and go strictly to these. I am sooooo HAPPY!!!! The room is no longer yellow and the whole room is lit well. Each lamp runs on it's own remote, not sure if they can be linked to one remote but I don't care. I would recommend these lamps wholeheartedly.

This beautiful slim brain of light is outstanding! Easy to assemble and at three touch of the remote our living room was lit to perfection! It's bright mode is perfect for reading and it's dimming possibilities are able to set the perfect mood! I purch it in black. I'm planning to buy at least more for the bedroom in another finish. I'm VERY PLEASED. Just what I needed. The lamp is situated behind a chair. The remote allows us to operate the light with no fuss, no muss!!

These are slim and unobtrusive. They shed a good light that can be dimmed and also change colours depending on room needs. We bought two, to fit around a window. You can set up the remote to switch both on and off using only one remote: perfect for our needs. These lights punch above their weight for style, functionality and price!

Very bright on highest setting, dimmable, four light color settings, remote control (which is magnetic) and touch controls on the lamp itself. Smart plug compatible. (turns on to last setting) Very easy to assemble. Great lamp for the price, recommended!
