Surprising light, comfortable fit, great traction. Highly recommended!
I'm an avid runner, but this is my 1st encounter with the Inov-8 brand. Out of the gate, my first thought was, "Boy are these comfortable!" The sole was slightly wider than I expected (a wonderful surprise) and when laced up they are sufficiently tight, but not too tight ( a pet peeve of mine). The graphite grip design of the sole gives a surprising amount of traction. Also, looking at the sole design, it seems to be more of a cross-training design than a straight-up running show. In addition to running on paved paths/trails, I think these will also work well to wear to the gym and for running on a treadmill. When I took these shoes out of the box, I was worried that they might be a tad heavy. Fortunately, when I tried them on, they didn't feel heavy at all. All things considered, these are a great addition to my arsenal of running shoes.Rating; 5 stars. Highly recommended!

Quality shoe, but not wide enough
These were definitely a quality shoe. However, they were not wide enough for my feet. Had to return.

Great Running and Weight training but rather expensive
These shoes are very nice, they fit well and are very comfortable to wear during workouts. The support is great without compromising on design. The product description states they are designed for running to weight lifting, it definitely holds up to those claims. Foot support was very good during all forms of training. The only consideration is that these shoes are rather expensive.
