So with my dream of becoming a blogger and talking in front of the camera I have been studying the need to have good lighting otherwise things won’t look goodSo this arrived very quickly and it was very simple to set up. It worked straight out of the box. It came with two type of tripod one being the extended version and the other was the smaller one.They were easier to use - the big one it pretty sturdy but will fall with any amount of force it could fall.The light is really bright I haven’t really played around with different colour settings but it does work.Overall I recommend this to anyone wanting to start filming either with your phone or not. The phone handle is great.

I have previously bought one of the larger ring lights which have worked well for product shots. I fix a lot of computers, plus take a lot of photos of work done so having something a little smaller on my desk is useful for getting well-lit photos up close. Unlike the larger stands there is no phone/camera mount within the ring, but you do get two stands so you don’t need to buy anything in addition to this. The different light levels help avoid shine/glare on product shots from too much light.Overall, it was cheap, does the job and nothing I can think of to complain about at this price.

The light itself works well, using a USB adaptor (or maybe an external mobile phone battery) for power, and has a really bright light that you can set to a cold, warm or combined tint, and can also vary the brightness so it doesn't dazzle your subject.The additional tripod supplied for a mobile phone isn't great though- its fiddly to set up, and very hard to set up so the camera can shoot through the hole in the ring light. (For that use you would be better off with a stand designed to hold camera and a ring light together)I did manage to make it into a ring light for my DSLR, by using an adaptor to mount it on the shoe on the big camera, and running a wire to my pocket.

This was the first time I had seen a ring light that changed colours like the one advertise. It’s actually not a huge ring light, it was easy to fix .. plus available in the hose for anyone who wishes to use it. The vase is the main part I was interested in as I knew I could change the pennies.

This emits fantastic lighting however I found it very difficult to put the tripod stand together as it’s all quite fiddly and came without instructions. I just use it on a chair and am very happy with the lighting.

The advert isn’t as clear, as somewhere on the advert it says it doesn’t come with a tripod/stand. Mine definitely came boxed with a tripod for the round lamp, plus a separate tripod for a camera. Good value for money to get these two things in 1. The brightness of the lamp is good! Fairly long USB cable to power It up too. Only time will tell how long the bulbs last
