Just opened today. I bought to use in my massage practice. Smells wonderful. Interested to see how long that will last. Material seems to be of good quality and I like the weight of it, just enough to lay nicely over the eyes. I also like that there were suggestions on how to use for both warm/cold treatments. Also it is made in the USA a big plus for me.

Great product as far as smell, size, heat quality.. only thing I would change is add more to make it more full. Otherwise, it's a great product

I bought this for a gift and I haven’t given it to them yet but I know it’s lovely and super soft and I should buy one for myself anyway this is a good product. It’s well-made beautiful

Fine product but not perfect for me
I was looking for something a little larger and with perhaps more weight. What I received is perfectly fine...quality, etc., but a bit too small and light.
