Been taking this for about 5 years and I haven't been sick since ... idk when. Do yourself a favor and pick some up today!! My only gripe is "Please remove the Natural Flavors" WE DONT NEED THAT! Who cares how it tastes. We are drinking this fir the effects, not the taste. And we dont even get to know what is in their natural flavors. So.. remove the poisons, mmmkay? Thanks.

Kicked the flu type b cough from the flu shot the first 2 days of use, with the youngevity daily vitamin and eggs every morning... also other homeopathy and natural medicine , Md medicine but this seems to be the important deal breaker I need to take to set my immune system straight. I will warn you , you take the daily When ever you feel an urge to eat or drink, but digestive issues can occur with a viral infection since it has nowhere else to go- so get all his digestive principle products aswell because candida from the antibiotic and your immune system just storing minerals for a few days in your gut- with healthy irregular bowels is not fun. Once you feel a tightened belly of fat pain sort of like a new cartilage- thats just bad side effects of antibiotic.... I was an exercised induced asthma sufferer that havent had symptoms till i got this flu in 5 years, now I don’t even look at the inhaler - thank god cause alot of asthma patients live their life on it , I just look for the 2 vitamins. Lucky enough, I am a pescatarian but I change to meat somedays cause of underlying symptoms of the flu now - to strike my metabolism of a foreign pathogen. Ok, so I've been taking these for over a month and I noticed a handful positive effects after about a week or two. #1.) I normally wake up groggy in the morning. When I'm taking the Youngevity products, I wake up in the morning without that "fog," ready to go. I don't quite believe it myself, but it's pretty nice not to have that morning lag. #2.) I don't get food or junkfood cravings when I'm taking this. But, my body will actually crave the shakes. #3.) I actually noticed an improvement in my memory. Now, i'm not your average person, I've struggled with memory issues for a long time.This didn't cure me, but I can tell it's definitely helping. #4.) I feel a steady amount of energy throughout the day. Which is interesting, as I didn't change my eating habits until after taking it for a month. Eating habits being equal, I notice when I don't drink the supplements, I'm more prone to that morning grogginess and energy is inconsistent. Now, just so I'm clear, I've taken multivitamins on and off for years. I've never noticed any improvements with any vitamin or supplement i've taken. My wife mentioned these products and she had me sold on trying them. Now, I didn't expect anything, and I'm always a skeptic. But if you're on the fence about trying these products, I encourage you to give it a shot. I've opted to not follow the instruction and start slow. In the evening I add a single scoop of each Beyond Osteo-FX and the Beyond Tangy Tangerine into the blender with about 16 oz of water. They do taste better together and I haven't had any issues.

This is the best vitamin brand out there. Yes they’re expensive, but you get what you pay for. They are specifically designed to be highly absorbed and effective. Never been healthier!

I started it a few weeks ago... and I can't leave the bathroom... lowered dose with same result. Stopped it for 3 day and I'm fine. Started again 2 hours ago... back in the bathroom. Stuff is very hard to mix... taste is not great but I do feel better on my hikes... full of energy... and my workouts at the gym are unreal... no cramps, no sore muscles the next day and I'm increasing my weights a lot with each visit. I'm losing weight too... been stuck at 220 pounds for a year... lost 13 pounds in 2 weeks!I think the doc is onto something here! Check photo... I'm 58!

Am still a little skeptical: I ordered the Body Start Pak 2.0 about 12 days ago. Very nicely package. All 3 cans were included. I am 35 years old, 6'8" , 225 lbs and not sick (as far as I know). Last time I saw my family doc he almost kicked me out saying he does not want to see me till I hit 40-50s. The instruction in the cans for TT is 2 scoops (in water of course) for every 100lbs, 1 to 2 times a day. and for Beyond Osteo FX it is 1 scoop for every 100 lbs, 1 to 2 times a day. Looking at the cans I figured they would not last a month for me (like the EFA + aka fish oils that is included) if I went twice a day. So I opted for once a day for TT and Osteo FX, which to say 4.5 to 5 scoops and 2.5 to 3 scoops respectively. Don't worry, you will get used to the taste haha (both mixed)... TT is a little bearable on its own. On day two of taking this, I started having Diarrhea. Not the uncontrollable kind :) (you know wha tI mean)... but nevertheless it is Diarrhea... and I also got VERY hungry (which is not usual for me) the third. I sent an email to the health counselling email on their website. I was told that it might be the detox period, my body getting rid of the toxins and stuff... the guy said it should not last too long, but just in case it continues, "MAY BE" reduce to dosage. Am in day 11 and still have Diarrhea. I am a guy who does not do drugs, does not smoke, does not even drink alcohol... (if you were wondering). For the boost of energy.. I did not fell any great change, but I have to say I am usually full of energy and in a good mood pretty much all the time. Since I am out of TT I did order some more that should come in tomorrow or wednesday (2 days). This won't last you a month if you are 225 lbs like me. The reason I am continuing this is because I would not like to give up just after trying this for about 2 weeks. I owe it to myself to push a little farther. I might post and update if someone asks me questions.. else I might forget to write an update. And please, if you have a suggestion for me, do not hesitate to comment!
