I received the set today and used it on my dogs right away. The brush works great and the comb too. My huskies do not like to be brushed at all, but at least now I am able to brush them by myself. Previously with the furminator style brush it took me and my husband to brush them. They still don’t enjoy being brushed, but they complained a lot less with this brush. The amount of hair it removed is just amazing and a lot faster than other brushes. This is the best brushed I have found so far.

Wow! Let me start of by saying that besides being a dog owner I’m also a pet sitter and come across a lot of different types of dogs with all kinds of different fur.I’ve tried other deshedding brushes and even though they worked it took FOREVER to deshed dogs with double coats.This brush works so much better and faster than the name brand one. It grabs a lot of hair and I love that it has two sides to it.I’ve tried it on different types of fur and have no complaints about it so far!

This brush has removed amazing amounts of hair from both my dogs and my longer-haired cats -- AMAZING amounts! I have to be gently while using it, though, because it seems to "pull" a bit. But my cats seem much more comfortable with all of that hair gone, they look SO much sleeker/shinier and there's not as much random hair around the house. Note: I have one short-haired cat, and this brush doesn't do anything on her coat, so I don't recommend it for short-haired cats.

We have a Great Pyrenees mix with a rather abundant undercoat. She sheds like crazy...like a snow storm in summer! The first time we used this on her, we thought she would be bald by the end of the brushing, there was just so much hair coming off of her. We previously brushed her with a normal doggie brush and would get hair off of her, but nothing like with this. She is not much for getting brushed regardless of the type of brush that is used, but tolerates it fine. What a difference we have noticed on our furniture and rugs since we started using this! We also have a pit mix with short hair and this does little to nothing for removing hair from him...it really is for dogs with a heavy undercoat.

I bought this because I have two dogs. One is a Heeler, and one is a Lab/Retriever. I thought the rounded blade side would work best for the Lab/Retriever and the comb side would work best for the Heeler. It is the opposite. The comb side works great on the Lab/Retriever and the other for the Heeler. I think after we get some of the long hairs off her, we will be able to use the other side, but for now, it is working great. She just lays down and lets us brush her until something else catches her attention as we must do this outside. :) The Heeler keeps trying to butt in so he can be brushed. Overall, this is a great tool for my two dogs.

I don't know why they're asking if it stretches. Weird for a dog brush. Anyway I love this thing. I have 2 terrier mix mutts and 1 that's a jack Russell, Danish-Swedish farm dog mix and he sheds like crazy. Didn't think it would work on him since he's a short hair but it gets that undercoat and shed. My terriers by the time I'm done I have enough fur to make another dog. I wouldn't say they enjoy it. I'm sure it tugs at them a bit, they don't look like they enjoy it a whole lot while I'm using it on them but when I'm done my little girl runs all around showing of how fancy she looks. It seems very durable. I'll definitely buy another one when my kids lose this one.

I love this brush!!!! We have 4 dogs at our house, including a Siberian husky and a Shepherd. I was able to groom the husky's coat without him wincing. I was about to get the undercoat with the greatest of ease. He looks like a new dog! I already started grooming the shepherd and it's like shearing a sheep :). The hair almost falls out it's so easy. Easily a five star product!

WOW! Extremely happy with this brush. Very efficient. But take care not to pull too hard or fast using the wide teeth. Pulls the hair, and can hurt your pup.

Sérieusement, tu as un chien /chat poils longs? Tu vas capoter! Poils courts? Fou raide!! Incroyable le sous poil se dégage comme par magie! cette brosse est un must have. J'ai 4 chiens et je n'en reviens pas encore! J'ai achetée des brosses a 35 et 45$ en animalerie qui font même pas la moitié de la job de celle là !!!Je recommande a 150% !!!

Could not possibly be happier with the purchase. Just be very gentle with it. Probably a good idea to use it on your arm first so you understand how little pressure to use.

This thing is magic. I brushed off so much hair off my malamute she feels like a brand new dog afterwards. Remember to do it outside if you can or spray some water to your dog beforehand, otherwise the hair will fly everywhere.

my cat used to get mats as soon as we would remove the previous ones. other brushes never worked but this brush is a lifesaver !!! his fur has been so soft and he hasn’t gotten any mats since we’ve started using this. it removes so much fur every time and I JUST KNOW he feels so much better.
