Will this fit m&p 2.0 full size 5”

No. The full size, 5 inch M&P 2.0 will not lock in place like the holster is designed to, the barrel is too long to fit in it properly and be secure.

Will this fit a m2. 4.25 barrel with thumb safety?

Yes It does fit the M&P 2.0 4.25" with thumb safety, however when you holster the gun, it push the safety off and it only can stay off while holstered.

Will it fit my m&p 2.0 performance center 9mm?
