Product's design is amazing, looks good in ear. Comfort is enough. Fits perfectly. The issue is about latency, a little bit lag is observed. Also calling is difficult with this with some mobiles. Quality should be better, but is good enough for the price of 499.Overall good product, you can go for it if tight budget otherwise go for boat neckband.

I bought this in the last week of Jan 22 and within < 2weeks of ocassion usage. They stopped working.Electronic item, one can understand that it can spoil and the brand gives you 1 year of warrenty.Unfortunately, you just need to keep sending mails and remainder to the brand email id and be rest assured of no reply...It is a online url to submit the ticket,1st They asked to share the mobile number,2nd They asked me to share the invoice.. while i jas shared the order details of Amazon. But they did not take pain to retrieve the order details3rd They asked me to share the photo.The above-mentioned process took ~ week and now there is absolute silence.Why couldn't have they close 1 to 3 above in one go and resolve. I feel there is on intentional to resolve..I regret for buying this. I should have spend a few rupees more and bought a better quality product.Amazon should also stop such sellers and keep check on this. And not allow to sell such poor quality and customer service items to be sold on its platform.I am sure pTron would not be reading and would reply. But hope Amazon is reading and will take action.Thank you for reading my feedback.

I will give only 3 stars to this product. However it is still working and I’m able to use it for listening to music and taking calls from my mobile. The quality of music is not good. Bass is ok ok. Actually this was expected of these Rs 500 earphones. Whenever I connect these to my TV, first few seconds, 20 secs, the voice keeps on breaking. After sometime I’m able to hear the full dialogue or song properly. The battery life is good but not excellent. It can run continuously for 4-5 hrs after a full charge. On 20% battery a voice prompt starts and Keeps on coming at regular intervals till you charge the earphones. These earphones have a good connectivity range and can be paired with multiple devices. These can be used while travelling to listen to music and attend calls without taking mobile out of your pocket or purse. When a call is received you will hear the number from which the call is received in the voice prompt.

I ordered the pTron Wireless Earphones from Amazon. I received the product on the given date. My friend has been using this product for the last 03 days. The battery of the pTron Wireless earphones is very good and once charged, the battery lasts for almost the whole day and the sound and bass quality of the pTron Wireless earphones is so good and beautiful. The voice call quality is very clear and It feels great to hear a song on FM.Overall this pTron Wireless Earphones is a great product and a very good product for everyday use.

Build quality is very poor. The mechanism that held the charging port closed has a design fault where it never closed unless you press it like multiple times...and once closed it had to be opened with a pin...no other way however long nails you have. Sound quality when compared with similar products is average to below. Facing multiple disconnection issues with Smart TV and phone. Starts breaking up when on the edge of its connecting range and then abruptly disconnects and has to be restarted to get it paired again which worked fine initially but now it does this with all devices. Review after 10 months...Contacted customer service which is a very difficult task and anyone is not tech savvy or lacks pateince will never be able to get a response. No contact number for warranty claim and they have a ticket management system which is managed by people who dont read the issue but might send a reply which might be as relevant as asking me "Hows the weather?" Pathetic.
