The media could not be loaded. The product is so damaged and it glitched every time I turned it on it also has a lot of scratches around the sides and dents. Definitely do not buy not worth it at all and for return I have to pay for postage myself, waste of money.

works perfect, really great product! but came with a screen protector on. i put one on not knowing there already was one and my phone wouldnt work. it doesnt say anywhere about there already being one on and it caused me stress because i could not use my phone properly, thank you!

Although the phone is a refurbished product I would expect to work without any problems. I have been having problems with the update. Unfortunately the phone would not update itself only through Mac which I don’t have. Had to go to apple and ask them to help me which time wise and money wise isn’t very convenient for me ! Till the update issue phone was working ok. Any other iPhone is able to update the software without being plugged to the computer so I’m a bit concerned that I will have to go to apple each time the new iOS will be updated.

I bought the phone in 2022. Everything was fine, until the day when my phone fell into the sink with water in the Kitchen for 3-5 seconds. The seller says they don't offer water insurance. But I can understand that he repaired the phone and did not put that water protection. I can say that it is a fake phone! The battery of the phone is not that great. I will never buy something like this again. I will buy new from the store even if I pay more. I have another apple phone bought new and I even took pictures under salt water (in the ocean) and it really works very well. So used phones are repaired very badly!!!
