HGYB 20.5'' Tall Cat Scratching Post, Cat Claw Scratcher with Hanging Ball, Durable Cat Furniture with Sisal Rope

Having never had a scratching post before, I was amazed how both of my 8 year old cats took to it straight away, they love it and used it immediately. The only thing that is slightly annoying is that it is not sturdy enough and falls over when they use it, they are big cats though.. We have now put a weight on the base which works but isn't ideal. Probably better for smaller cats or kittens.

Unfortunately, within three months of intended use, everything came unwound. We have one cat and a second much larger scratching post, so not an overuse scenario.I'll be throwing this out soon.Also, the cat used in the picture is a kitten. The post is quite small.

Our cat loves playing with this and the two different fabrics gives him some variety. The ball is also a great way to get him to use it, particularly at the beginning when he needed some encouragement.Only thing to be aware of is that it is smaller than the picture suggests. We have a kitten of 4 months and he can already reach the top of it when stretching and scratching. We'll need to get a bigger one soon

I have two cats, one is pregnant and the other a Tom, they both love this scratch post! My pregnant cat especially, she loves to scratch everything so now she has her own personal post she will spend all of her time near it

Waste of time. It comes folded which is very unstable and wobbly.Then because it’s folded and been played with (by a kitten I may add) for 2 days it’s literally falling apart. Small bits of cork are falling out of the bottom and it barely stands up now. Total waste of money

When it said tall Scratchpost I thougth it was going to be a lot bigger than it was

Wood board disintegrated so not stable anymore. One for the bin

Very poor quality ,after only a few uses carpet was shredding and coming off the post .It will not last long .
