Is this R650 unleashed? If not, can it be unleashed and what does it take to to do so?

This is the exact same hardware as the Unleashed model - but with different firmware. You can download the Unleashed firmware from Ruckus' support site for free. You can switch between firmware as often as you'd like. We can help with this process if needed.

Will you be willing to upgrade the firmware, to enable the Unleashed mode pior to shipping?

Yes, we can. Just be sure to message us right away so we can make the change.

What are the steps to removing my R510s and installing these R650?

It depends on how you are using them? If you have a ZoneDirector and you only have enough licenses for the AP's in use - you will have to remove an old AP from the ZD first and then you can add the new one. If you have available licenses - you simply need to plug it in. The ZD will find the AP and provision it. Keep in mind, you have to ensure the ZD has a new enough firmware version that will recognize the new model AP.
