The glass pitcher matched my double set perfectly after breaking one of them in my move. it also came with a better spigot than what I originally had, heavy duty metal not plastic.

Won't Dispense if Slanted Backward
This glass dispenser is pretty and well built. It is easy to assemble and arrives packaged well to not be damaged in transit. The only negative is that it won't dispense when sitting on my chef's cabinet as it slants backwards slightly; here it dispenses only a tablespoon approximately and then stops dispensing. However, when it is moved to the kitchen countertop or table which is completely level flat, it dispenses water nicely. This is important to know in case you wonder if yours is defective when it doesn't dispense properly; check to see if it is level. It is very attractive and should last a long time.

It leaks
At first, I thought it was fantastic to have cold water to drink. I followed the instructions and filled it up, did a test. Thought it was going well but it was actually leaking in my fridge and thankfully the water ended up in one of my vegetable tray. It was a lot of water wasted. I regret buying this.

Beautiful, and no drips or leaks. A real metal faucet!
Real metal faucet with extremely great silicone seals on both inside and outside of the glass. This baby will never leak. I looked at others that were pretty, but had plastic faucets instead, and their reviews frequently complained of breaking off or leaking. I got this to hold liquid detergent in my laundry, and it looks awesome!

looks great
This looks good and works well. The spout is about 1.5" above the bottom, so there is quite a bit left when it will no longer dispense. The lid could use a bit tighter gasket, but not a deal breaker for me. It is a fairly heavy thick glass. (unlike walmart special)

Great Product Support, Easy to Assemble Product, Good Quality Materials
Assembly to attach the spigot is easy to do, easy to clean, glass is thick enough to not be a worry with breaking if it is bumped. First order, amazon broke in shipping, reached out to customer support and got a new item shipped quickly within the week.
