I dabble in design and when I saw these at a bike show I thought this was genius. I'm a big fan of Knog's USB lights but even with the bright colors, I occasionally forget to detach and they get stolen here (Cambodia). The Lucetta looked to fix this, I mean, they don't turn off until you take them off! Also, these will only work on steel frames (unless you buy the disk sticker accessories), but that is fine for me as I like and only have steel frame bikes.Design Failure:The connections and base of each light are completely flat, bicycle tubes are (by definition pretty much), round. What this means is that although the magnet is centered and the contacts pull down to complete the connection, the light will not be 100% stable in it's location. If you live in an environment with great roads it may stay in the same place but if you have less than perfect surfaces, the light will move around a bit. This is really sad especially since this could have probably been re-engineered with and S-style cut at the base. For this reason along I would suggest NOT BUY until they address this failure.Production Failure:After a week of VERY light use, the rear light is no longer coming on while on the bike. I've tried it every where and every which way, nothing. It will turn on perfectly fine if I press the connections with my hands up drop on a flat surface, but that does not help my riding out much.Overall verdict: wait until V2 of this and have the design worked out. Great idea and it's a shame that it made it to production without this issue being raised and objective to.

Love this light. Looks cool and works beautifully. No problem with functionality at all. It also has a very sleek and low profile, not like a lot of other lights which can overwhelm the contours of your bike.

I liked the concept and design, but the product quality just makes it useless. After a week both lights stopped switching modes, they would only switch on or off and there was no way to switch to blinking mode. After a second week of use rear light stopped working all together (& it is not batteries as replacing them did not fix the issue).Another disappointment was amount of light they produced, they definitely can't serve you as a primary light source.
