I received all the parts described. The set up was simple, probably taking 10-15 minutes. The caddy has square baskets to hold more shower product. You can easily adjust the height between baskets. It accommodates larger hair product containers easily. The tension knob works to hold the pole in place. It has not slipped. The chrome was shiny. You can hang a couple of wash cloths or other scrubbers. One issue I have had is that the razor slots don’t quite fit my razors. I can place it in but it tends to fall out. Instead, I have used this feature as hooks for other items. I use the shampoo dispensing hole in one of the baskets for something else. Overall, it is good size, practical, easy to set up and seems sturdy.

update: this only lasted 1.5 years before becoming so unsafe that I had to put it in the trash. It lost its ability to stay stable and strong. Why can't we make things that last? ------------- -there are cheaper units available so I was a little skeptical about this but I wanted to try what a better quality unit might be. I love this!! it is worth every penny! -it is sturdy -has enough space on the shelves -hooks for my body was brush -easy to install -The best part is the shape of the shelves. I love the square shelves! They look sophisticated and have more surface area.

This was easy to install and looks great.

The bronze is great looking! The baskets are large and I love that! However, tightening it down was difficult. It collapsed in the shower and everything fell on me. I took it out to try and adjust it and the screw on top of the adjuster portion fell off and a piece fell out. I had a difficult time putting it back in and pinched my hand bad. I did finally get it together and back up. Seems good. I'm hoping it holds up because I really do like it and I would tell a friend to buy it (hoping my ordeal was a fluke). It is pricey, but feels like better quality tubing than my old caddy. Fingers crossed it doesn't collapse again. Especially after the return window!

Easier to assemble than I thought! Stury, functional, and adjustable. I am the worst at assembling things, but this wasn't so bad. I had sent on eby a different manufacturer back.

Super unique + useful design. The square shaped shells fit so many things in them and fit perfectly in the corners of bathtubs showers! Also, shower pole came with manufacturer 2- year extra warranty. You have to scan the QR code, just put your name and your Amazon order number and leave a simple comment to activate the warranty. Totally worth it!

This was bought to replace one that fell apart on me. Considering the sale price I jumped the gun and went ahead and purchased it, it seems very sturdy and I hope it will last longer than 2 years compared to the last one. It looks absolutely beautiful in my bathroom and I love that it had extra shelves compared to the last one. I like all the extra little knick knack items to hang your proofs and anything else that you may want to hang from it. It actually has rubberized pieces that hold the shelves in place unlike my last one that gave you strips of metallic tape to hold them in place. once you get it out of the box and built you will know this is better quality than those cheap ones you can get at your local stores.

Purchased in September 2024. I've had shower poles before that put together with ease and zero hassel of falling. This has not been my experience. The instructions to put it together didn't seem so clear cut but after messing with it, I finally got it set up. The tension seemed to hold sturdy for awhile but it's now February 2026 and I'm considering throwing this out and getting a new one. It's fallen three times. On this third time falling, it seems the tension spring no longer works properly. I no longer feel the spring of the tension pushing back and can't get it to tighten, stretch or hold. $50 wasn't worth it.

I love it! Bought mine in June 2022, and it’s still great! There’s no rust, still holds perfectly, and the baskets can hold a lot of bottles! I have no complaints. I truly recommend.

I tried the product which seemed to be exactly what I needed but ended up being in the height sweetspot where it could not be effective in my shower. I asked for a refund which was approved quickly and got a quick answer from the seller.

I bought this item for the end of our tub. There is plenty of shelf space, it was easy to assemble and looks great. Great tension pole and is adjustable up to ceilings up to 9 ‘ 6 “ high. I would buy another one for our downstairs bathroom. Great product and the price wasn’t bad either.

Easy installation. It does the job and the bronze color adds classiness to the bathroom. I would recommend for sure.
