Very well made and makes beautiful biscuits

This biscuit cutter was put into service this past weekend when we made 312 biscuits in anticipation of a Biscuits and Gravy feed we’re having at our church in a couple of weeks. This cutter was ready for more and handled cutting through 26 dozen biscuits with no problem. The handle made it very easy to use and we avoided any hand and wrist strain we would have had if we used the other type of finger held cutters. The thickness of the cutter made it sturdy, with no give or bending whatsoever. The biscuits were perfect circles, all uniform in size. We used the 3 1/2 inch cutter which was perfect. I will definitely get this same cutter again in other sizes for biscuits, scones, cookies, etc. Great purchase!

Great, functional tool. But, pieces are falling off after just a few uses and cleanings.

I bought this biscuit cutter for its size and sturdiness due to the handle. My niece had the opportunity to try it out first and was totally impressed with how well it worked! We used the small round piece that is used for making donut holes with the leftover dough to make a baby biscuit for her youngest son. This biscuit cutter makes large biscuits, which is what I wanted. The biscuit cutter is very sturdy and looks and feels to be well-made. The handle is a nice size which allows you more control while cutting the dough. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to make larger biscuits with a good quality product.

This worked great for cutting out mini pie shells. Very well made, easy on the hands when using.

Broke on the first day I used it. I'm a professional baker and was using it to cut buttermilk biscuits. The handle snapped off after moderate use (I think I had cut 10 dozen biscuits at this point). Initial quality felt good, but clearly it doesn't hold up.
