rotten tomatos.....not worth the money.....I feel stupid spending that kind of money on such a terrible product....it smells nothing like it did....the conditioner is so watered down you need to use half the bottle for one shampooing......boo on this stuff....if anyone finds the real thing can you let me know....thank you

It was a lot better than expected. I bought the shampoo a few years ago from another vendor and it smelled like baby shampoo. This one was on point.

I was disappointed that the smell wasn’t as expected. I can remember how strong the fragrance was….this smelled old. 👎🏼I bought some flex conditioner also and again the smell was different but tolerable and I do use it….I have about 3oz of the original flex left and the smell is definitely different I just mix them.

Honestly when i opened the box, i immediately checked if it smells the same as the old days and my first reaction was “ oh no i got ripped off” i was heartbroken coz it was pricey. But surprisingly after washing my hair, it brought me back instantly. My husband said he can still smell the fragrance days later. Pretty happy altogether.

I grew up with this shampoo! The best smelling shampoo ever! However, the shampoo smelled NOTHING like it supposed to! Big disappointed, especially since it was so expensive

It was left open and spilled everywhere not to happy

Not the same as when I was younger and used and the price is out of this world never buy again

It doesn’t have the intense smell and completely dries out your hair! Soooo disappointed. Using on the dog.☹️Poor dog.
