All the bitter, pithy flavor with none of the actual juice. If you're hoping to mix this with water and get something resembling orange juice, don't bother. I bought it for that exact purpose and was disappointed. It might work fine as a baking ingredient or recipe additive, but as a drink it's unpleasant.

This Orange Powder is good. It has a nice orange flavor, that I like. With some sweetener and citric acid, it tastes like orange juice. It comes as a fine powder and it is every smooth. It dissolves quickly in water. My only problem with it is that it takes a lot of it to get a strong flavor. According to the package, you need about 2 teaspoons, which is about right. I was looking for something where I could use less per serving. Otherwise, it's a good product.

Adds VERY LITTLE flavor when using the amount on the directions. It's more like orange essence, similar to the way sparkling water has a hint of whichever flavor you get. It's not bad but it's a very light orange taste.
