The missing ingredient found
For years I've often thought of Spenco as almost perfect. What was missing? Cushion! I've never understood what makes shoe manufacturers think supportive has to be rock hard??? Spenco does have some give but it's definitely on the firm side in their regular shoes. The footbed with the gentle arch support, metatarsal dome and heel cup are perfect under foot. I always found myself just wishing for more cushioning. Well these are the holy grail! Imagine if you will, all the cushioning of Cr**'s with all the support of a traditional Spenco footbed. Heaven people, I tell you heaven! If you are a person that can't handle severely shaped othodic support due to flatter feet, low instep or need cushion because of sore or bruised feeling feet these are the ticket. Marshmallow softness, gentle shaped orthodic footbed, and support in every critical area. These are the perfect shoe!

Too expensive for what they are
I tried these to replace my old Oofos ones since these are a bit cheaper. These are definitely not as squishy, nor do they hug my foot as well as my Oofos. Plus these squeak when you walk. I wanted to try them because I’m not completely pleased with the durability of Oofos. However I believe the comfort can’t be beat. I’m sending these back.

I like the flip flop
I like the flip flop, I like the fit, And they are comfortable, great price. However, I don't wear them because my feet make squeaky noises when I walk and it's embarrassing especially at work. I had been wearing the OOFOS and they didn't do that but they are so very expensive. Do you have any suggestions on how this problem can be fixed? If not for that, I would have given them a 5 star review.

Very comforrable but run small or true to size based upon how you look at it.
I am now on my 4th pair of orthotic sandals and have had to send the other 3 back because of width issues. I have wide feet and the others were all too narrow. This one fits true to size from heel to toe but is comfortable. I really wish they were a little larger because I like to have some room in my shoes. To me this makes them a little small. I really wish they made a 12 or half sizes. I wear an 11 and purchased 11 so I would say if you wear anything under that, order a size up. I don't have that option since the largest offering here is 11. I will check the manufacturer's website.

Great For Neuroma Issues
Like walking on supportive clouds. I have a neuroma in my left foot and almost flat feet. Since developing the neuroma, I find it uncomfortable to walk barefoot...even for the smallest amount of time. I needed a pair of house shoes to quickly throw on and that’s where these came in. I’m not a fan of flip flops, or any type of thong style sandal that goes in between my toes. Also, the aesthetic of footwear is fairly important to me. When I first saw these I immediately thought ‘Hell NO’ but after doing a lot more research I decided to give them a try. I chose these over the Oofos because of the built in metatarsal pad. I definitely made the right choice. They are truly unfortunate looking footwear, but they provide incredible support and don’t cause any type of chafing in between the toes. I would not recommend for a work setting unless it’s very loud already. They do make a fairly loud flip flop type squeak while walking. The ONLY issue I have is that the right sandal is tighter across the instep, therefore holding my foot securely in place. I’m able to slide a finger in between the thong and the top of my foot on the left sandal (my neuroma foot). In turn, my toes tend to grip onto the sandal while walking. This probably would not be a big deal for others but I’m worried that it could inflame my neuroma further. I found them to be true to US sizing. I would not follow the EU sizing, though. I’m a true 39.5 and these are a 41.I will update when I find out whether or not the instep tightness is an issue.Update:I ended up having no problem with the looser sandal, but instead the tighter sandal rubbed on the top of my foot. It never blistered but still continues to be red and slightly irritated anytime I wear the sandals. I still would purchase them again. They have made my feet feel so much better. I wear them exclusively around the house, so I’d say about 5 hours a day. They do make a flip flop type sound at the beginning but that has gone away for me. I suspect the sound depends on how you walk. I’ve recommended them to family already. If you have a neuroma, I definitely recommend them.

Sooooo comfortable
I bought my first pair of these after a recommendation/try on at a specialty shoe store. I have high arches and these were sold as a "recovery" shoe, and the salesperson suggested I wear them after my 12 hour shift (nurse); they are not very pretty or cute, but I'm more concerned about comfort than style, and these fit the bill.I bought this pair as a deal of the day, so the price was almost half of what I paid in the store. They are very lightweight with a molded footbed with little nubs (like tiny bumps, but you don't feel them individually), so the shoe stays in place and doesn't slip around on your foot like a regular flip-flop.Overall, I'm very happy with these, and they are very comfortable. Recommend if you have high arches or plantar fasciaitis.

Great for those who run or are on their feet all day!
My wife and I received a set of these when we finished a half marathon that we participated in Shaver Lake, Ca. They are amazing! We now can’t live without them. I have worn mine everyday for over a year and half and they are still going strong, I’m 200lbs. The set I ordered here were to replace my wife’s after they failed at the toe connection. She is 100lbs, they also lasted a year and half. If you run or work on your feet all day, buy these now!

Great! I was able to wear these all the time and still have relief from plantar faciatis.
I love these! The brand was recommended to me by my podiatrist while treating me for plantar faciatis. These have proper support, so i was able to wear these flip flops all summer while still getting relief from plantar faciatis.

Provides full arch support
Bought this for my son who was recommended to have arch support. It was really difficult to find a suitable product for kids but this worked perfectly for him. It is good quality, sturdy and easy to wash.
