At my last health check the Dr was happy with my bloodwork and advised to keep taking the Vitamin D. There’s no taste or side effects with this product. I do wish they didn’t use just a giant bottle, the bottle is only half full at best.

I live on the west coast and we have a lot of rain. I find that in the fall and winter, when skys are overcast and we have less sunshine, my mood was down. D3 has helped that a lot.
