Cinnamon can cause edema-be careful!
I love this brand of supplements. What I'm about to write has nothing to do with this company or the superior quality of their supplements.I bought this about a month ago. I took it once a day for two weeks and began to notice extreme swelling in my feet and ankles. I am a nurse and had no idea that edema could be a side effect of cinnamon bark.Please take this with caution.

Took it at the recommendation of my dentist. He sated that his HDLs improved from the 30 range to the 60's. After a number of months on it, I had no affect on my HDLs. I am diabetic and on a diet,, my blood sugars did not change either. If you like taking cinnamon. This is a great product
