**EDIT** read the below original review to understand my edit.I now give the product 5 stars for 2 reasons:1- they have fixed the issue of program memory. meaning that if you had the light on and the defrost on when you hit the wall switch, next time you walk in the bathroom, the wall switch WIL turn light and defrost back on (previous version did not. 2 buttons process)2- their customer service have gone above and beyond what my expectations were! they have reached out and made me aware that, at the time I placed my order, although the new version (memory function) was for sale, some of the old versions were still floating around Amazon warehouses.they offered me the option of a partial discount (due to missing function), or a brand new parcel. I went with the latter. the shipment was incredibly fast, and i am please to announce that my contractor was finally able to swing by and instal it (no professional installation needed, but since it was part of my house remodel, I'd rather not get my hands dirty if I don't have to :) )furthermore, the support has taken into account my criticism with the position of the mounting holes, and he is going to talk to their design team. GOOD JOB on listening to constructive criticism.overall I'd highly recommend the product both for look and functionality, and for the customer support that stands behind their products.(sorry for the lengthy review)**ORIGINAL**it is a great looking mirror and it'll make any bathroom look 10x better, as long as the wall that it is hanging from, is smooth or tiled. Otherwise, it'll show EVERY SINGLE imperfection. so much so, that we had to tile our bathroom wall to fix the issue (it would have probably have been cheaper to get a different mirror, but we were on the fence about tile to begin with, and this just finalized our decision).2 big draw backs to justify the 3 stars:1- the mirror does not have the on/off memory function. meaning, that even if it is hard wired like ours, toggling the bathroom switch, DOES NOT turn the mirror light on. you still have to press the touchpad on the mirror.we have 3 more lighted mirrors of 2 different brands in other bathrooms, and they have this function.2- the holes for hanging are WAAAYYY too close to the edge, so the hole on the tile is visible from the side (and I know the tile person was excellent as it did a lot of work throughout the house).overall I like the look of the mirror and I am sure to some these drawbacks are not such.

In the midst of a bathroom remodel, I was in need of a nice mirror as a replacement and this did the job with style and features.Arrival:This mirror comes in one box. Unboxing it, the cord is wrapped up and ready to rock to hardwire it. If you can’t hardwire, there is a plug in your box as a back up (spend the money and hardwire it).Setup:Can’t vouch for this as I had a contractor install but he had it up in no timeUse:As previously mentioned, I have this setup as a hardwire. The instructions suggest it, I highly recommend it if you have the option. Even more so if you can wire it to a switch.When powering on, whether by button or on a switch, the light will power up to the last brightness level it was set to. As it’s early on in my use, I’ve played around with the dimmer and it’s pretty simple. Just press and hold the power button and it’ll dim and light up brighter when held again. The anti fog feature is a cool choice. I have quite good ventilation so far and have not needed the defogger.What I wish was different:When you opt for this, just remember it is one light setting, bright white. Options are few for similar mirrors to this in the size I needed. I would have enjoyed having a daylight color option for this as I personally like it better. But otherwise, the white will do.

We didn't realize that the only had a one color option- white light with multiple dimming options. We were unsure how the white light of the mirror would go with the soft lighting in the rest of the bathroom but we've loved using them separately and together. The mirror was easy to install (make sure you have an outlet installed behind the mirror), and light enough that my husband and I could hold it together without issue. Slim profile, great ambiance...we love it!

The media could not be loaded. I bought two of these mirrors and have the same problem with both of them. For some unknown reason, the defroster turns on by itself. When I go on vacation I have to shut the power off to the lights to make sure that they don't go on by themselves while I'm away. In addition, I believe the installation directions are wrong. I have attached a video to show why and how to do it correctly.

I love my new mirrors. They are bright and have a dimming feature. They are heavy. The only con is they connect via a top clamp so they move slightly when you touch them. I didn’t notice until the installer showed me so this is minor but wanted you to be aware. I think these mirrors were a good value for the money. The anti fogging feature works good as well I recommend turning it on before steaming up the bathroom. It works after the steam is on the mirror but it takes a few seconds to clear.

It’s a Beautiful mirror I Hate that it quit working days after installation. It’s a Very heavy I actually had to add studs for proper installation to support the weight. Out of the shipping box I did notice a square indentation on the back of the mirror like it had been damaged by the weight of another package. I plugged it in and tested it before hanging it and everything seemed to be working fine. The following day is when we noticed that only part of the mirror was actually heating up Causing half of it to be fogged up After taking a shower. Few days later the lights stopped working altogether and then they decided to come back on and now they blink continuously. I contacted the seller they were quick to respond but the resolution was to send a new LED driver. This would probably resolve the LED issue but not the heating strips. This has just turned into a big hassle now the mirror has to be removed and they want me to replace parts on it. After paying that much for a mirror you think they would maybe just send you a new one. I can’t say I recommend this product unfortunately.

Ordered two of these mirrors from Keonjinn. Great product, looks great, easy to install. We lost the hardware kit in our bathroom remodel process and their customer service was very responsive and quick to replace the missing kit. Highly recommend.

Love the look, quality and ease of use. Easy to clean too. Defog area is big enough and it works.

The mirror itself is great. A clean modern aesthetic with a backlight that looks great (especially in my case as I've mounted it on a tiled wall).That being said, my original review was only 1 star because the defog button did not work and it had taken more then 3 months to arrive. The late delivery of course interfered with my renovation timeline, so by the time I arranged to get it up on the wall and realized there was a defect, the return window had elapsed. I reached out to them and had received no immediate response.It took a month but they eventually contacted me and after some discussion, committed to replacing the defective one. The new one is even a slightly better model as they were out of stock of the one I had ordered.I would of course have preferred not go through whole ordeal, for which I deduct a star, but based on the professional service I've updated my review to 4. Thank you!

Nice mirror, functions well easy to hardwire or attach provided plug. I hardwired it and it functions perfectly with the switch. It remembers its last on setting and you only need the wall switch to turn it on. Install was relatively easy. An included template would really help. I just used a large piece of paper and marked the holes then used that to mark on the wall for screw location.

Update: Amazon did a full refund so I can buy a new one!We set up the mirror and took the plastic off and when I lit it up I notice a huge circle close to the top of the mirror some sort of crack/scratch but it doesn’t look like it came from anything that hit it or drop? What the heck Amazon?
