Q: Will they stay on without a bra?

No. Lacti-Cups need a bra to be kept against your breast.

Q: What material(s) are these made out of? I have a Latex allergy and would like to know the material before I buy these.

Lacti-Cups are made of Polypropylene Type 5 which is food grade. They are not made out of plastic.

Q: How do these work with smaller size breasts (A cup)?

It works the same for all sizes. Your nip is what sits inside the cup. I'm small chested and I love them! Saved a lot of milk that would have been wasted and kept my nips from drying against clothing. I highly recommend.

Q: Are these still made with hard plastic or is it soft silicone?

Lacti-Cups have 2 separate pieces the outer part is PolyPropylene, hard plastic and the inside that goes against your skin is Silicone Medical Grade and Food grade safe. The initial Lacti-Cups were the "Swedish Cups that are made of PolyPropylene in both parts. We stop making those since September 2017.
