These are really nice head phones. I wear a hearing aid in one ear and these work fine. They paired well with my Samsung newer smart tv and my Android phone. Good sound quality. Worth getting good quality head phones.

I keep these things on my head for hours at a time either listening to a kindle read a book to me in it's horribly sporadic voice, listening to youtube videos, or plugging it in to my PS5 controller for my video games.Super comfortable on my head and the noise cancelation is pretty awesome. It doesn't feel like your ears are filled with water like with other headphones (like Raycon).You don't have to turn them on when plugging them in to something, but they won't use noise cancelation if you wanted it.Battery life is really good and it's easy to figure out. Just a button click and a voice will pop up and let you know the approximate percentage by 10's... %50, %60. No %55.The stand that comes with it looks nice, but I feel like it's basically useless. I only ever used it 5 times. I use the headphones in too many places for them to have a stand in a single place.Charging is super quick as well. I know that if I have a low battery I could plug it in for just a few minutes before I leave and have a few hours of listening.

This might be one of the best purchases I've ever made. I live in a loud apartment on a loud road with strange acoustics--sometimes I can actually hear people talking from across the street. After trying cheaper noise cancelling headphones that didn't do much, and after one really frustrating afternoon where I ended up hiding in my closet just to get some peace and quiet, I decided to bite the bullet on these as I kept reading about how good they are. And they really, really are. The battery life is excellent (I've been using them for almost a week now and haven't had to recharge once.) The sound when connected to blu-tooth is great, and I've never listened to music wirelessly before (I'm a...late adopter to many things), so that was an unexpected benefit to be able to walk around my apartment doing things with music instead of being tethered to my laptop. The only thing I've used them for that didn't really work was wearing them during language practice--I could hear the lessons fine, but my own voice felt too distant and distorted, so I've gone back to my regular headphones for that.As for the noise cancelling function itself. A few years ago I received an artificial heart valve. One of the most annoying things about that is I now hear every heartbeat--and it *ticks*. It literally sounds like there is a watch embedded in my chest. Now, for the most part I've learned to tune this out but every once in a while it really grabs my focus, and all I can hear is tick tick tick tick tick. And of course once that starts its hard to ignore.I put these headphones on and turned on the noise cancelling, and it was *gone*. I can still hear my pulse going through my ears, but the ticking sound? Completely vanished. That is how good this noise cancelling function is. If I had known, I would have bought these years ago, and maybe saved myself some really aggravating sleepless nights.I haven't used either of the cases yet because I've been keeping them on the stand, but they both seem sturdy.The tl; dr: if you're on the fence about these headphones, they are absolutely worth the price.

Amazing headphones. The noise cancelling feature is a revelation, does a fantastic job and feels natural. I kept forgetting I had them on and would take them off and suddenly hear how noisy everything was around me. The feel of the headphones is very soft, and they're not tight which makes them comfortable, I don't have to worry so much about getting a headache after wearing them for awhile, or having my ears hurt. The actual sound quality is also great. Best headphones I've ever owned so far.As for this particular bundle package, the mic stand is a nice touch and useful, but the extra hard case isn't needed. The headphones already come in a hard case in the package, which is smaller and more compact than the extra case included in this bundle.

These are very good sounding headphones. The only problem I have is after about an hour they hurt my ears slightly. It's not bad but sometimes it is bad enough I have to remove them for a while before using them again. I wish Sony had incorporate a bit more cushion in the ear piece and possibly made the ear cups a bit larger. I would like to be a product tester for Sony to help in making headphones better as I feel I could do that. The noise cancelling feature is so good I don't hear anything at all going on around me. Sometimes if I cough though it turns off the noise cancelling. This is not a problem though as it suppose to do this if you or someone starts talking. One problem I'm having that is irritating is that when I power on the headphones using my smart TV it will say bluetooth is connected but in reality it is not. To get the bluetooth activated I have to go into my tv sound control and pair the headphones as if I'm doing it for the first time. This is definitely a feature that Sony needs to improve on. All in all I really like the headphones and I use them daily. I tried on a lot of others in stores before going with these Sony WH1000XM4/B Premium Noise Cancelling headphones and for this price point I'm happy with my choice.
