Works
My daughter has gotten much better with setting form using this. It made a big difference about using fingers and keeping the ball out of your palms.

Great for beginners
Purchased this for our beginner volleyball player to stop palming the ball. We come from a basketball background. Used it a few times and it broke the habit of palming or lifting the ball to set it.

No useful
Used this with experienced setters as well as new setters. None of them could figure out the purpose of these beyond being uncomfortable.
