Easy to take and good value

Was given advice by a herbalist helps with general health have taken it for many years and have not been disappointed my health has been good and I’m still taking it at 80.

I have always had omega 3 tablets since a young age so as an adult that is no different. Omega 3 is an essential fatty acid that your body needs and it is often hard to get this from your food. Although I do try to incorporate chia seeds etc into my diet to help I don't think I take near enough omega 3 hence why I take tablets. This product is 1000mg high strength and comes with a years supply all in one tub which is great. It means I don't have to keep going to the shop or buying online to re-stock it. For a year's supply of omega 3 tablets the listing price of £13.99 is great. The product is also made and manufactured in Britain so will follow the stringent regulations and guidelines we have in this country - this makes me feel safe about what is in the product and knowing it will be of good quality. The only downside for me is the fact that the tablets are quite big which you often find is the case with omega 3 tablets. Though they are in a soft gel form so easier to swallow than a hard pill. Overall, great product at a great price.

After haveing a heart attack in 2017, i take onega3 every day, so 360 for this price is worth getting
