Mornings with Jesus 2021: Daily Encouragement for Your Soul

I have been using these for the past 3 years and am looking forward to getting into the 21 issue

Each day has a short reading followed by a faith step; a scripture verse to provoke thought. I've had these books each year for several years and have thoroughly enjoyed them. I took issue only once with one of their contributors that made fun of a Catholic prayer called 'the Act of Contrition' ..a prayer of penitence. That contributor's shameful passage had no business in a nice book such as this. The editors really made a terrible faux pas by letting it be part of "Mornings With Jesus". Otherwise, this is a nice book to read upon first rising in the morning or while having a morning cup of coffee. I really wouldn't want to be without it. I recommend it! It's a nice way to start the day!

I got the 2020 and couldn’t imagine going through 2021 without it. Everyday it seems like the reading is targeting something I am going through my life.I loved it so much I gave a copy to my sister as a Christmas present. She wants to order 2022!This book is for ALL Christians. Just love the insights of the authors.

Beautiful gift for a friend who I was sending Bible quotes to in order to make it through her day. Now she gets to read a quote with a short meditation passage on her own without me sending one daily...which I did not mind doing. However, she loves it this way better!

I like it a lot, but I think this type of thing is very, very personal in terms of whether you like it. I read reviews and "looked inside" at several other devotionals, and some were more appealing than others for reasons I can't explain. I'm glad I got this, and got the Kindle version (I so don't need another physical book taking up valuable shelf real estate).

I love this book. It's amazing how the readings seems to be directed at the things in my life. Not to worry, I have God on my side anyway. I would recommend this to anyone. Buy it!

Do not buy!Come to me, all you who are weary (NIV Matt. 11:28). For the joy set before him, he endured the cross...Heb 12:2. Remember His marvelous works which He has done...(NKJV I Chron. 16:12). How is society supposed to know who is "he" or "He"?It is very important to identify deity with a capital. Sad commentary on Bibles. How is the weary world to know He, God, Jesus, Holy Spirit are being talked about?
