Fixed my Problem
Not sure I had a map sensor not reading correctly, but I know I had oil leaking from around the MAP sensor gasket that was covering the manifold with a light oil film. I could never see the oil coming out, but it clearly was when I was at speed because I would clean the engine and a week later it would be dirty again with oil.I also know I could have replaced just the MAP sensor gasket but since the truck had 262,000 miles on it I decided to just replace the entire sensor. The new sensor plugged in quickly ... took about 5 minutes to swap it out.I had at first replaced the sensor with a Delphi MAP sensor but it threw the truck into limp mode so I returned it and purchased the AC/Delco OEM version, which worked perfectly. I am guessing I just got a bad Delphi unit (and that could happen to any manufacturer) but for the little difference in price I decided to go ahead with the OEM version.

Subpar. Don't waste money
Originally I had to sand the top surface down because it was the wrong height. Then after a couple days of all day driving the little nipple broke off. Luckily I was able to pull it put of the manifold and use some sealant to "glue" it to the block just to limp me home.I don't know what brand I'll get now but this one is junk for the price.Stock 2005 lly duramax

Accurate and quality part
Part arrived quickly and wasn’t a knock off or anything.

Worked great. Fit perfectly
Worked great. Fit perfectly. I'm running 45lbs and it was too much pressure to seal by itself. I had to add some RTV to make sure that it didn't end up flying out like the last one did.
