They help, but understand the sizing
The ones I ordered and received from Amazon do not have a size on the box, and seem to have been manufactured in 2012. The company now makes this product in small, medium, and large sizes. The products available here on Amazon that don't have a size on the bottom-left of the front of the box are what they now sell as mediums. If you go to the page at the company's store,[...] and click on the sizing chart, you'll see that you can tell which size you'll wear by placing your index finger over different coins. If you don't overlap a penny, you'll need a small, if you don't overlap a quarter, you'll need a medium, and if you do overlap a quarter, you'll need a large.Doing that, and having the assurance from BEHL Merchandise that I could return what I ordered if they didn't fit since there were no sizes, I went for it.I enjoy being active outside. I cycle for fitness, and I enjoy going distances of 40 miles on up. These filters can help on high pollen days, but not if I'm going to great efforts, like doing a lot of hill climbs. As long as I keep my heart rate in the 140s, I have no problems getting enough air. If it's colder when I start, I'll need to bring an extra set or two to wear when it warms up, as a runny nose and these filters are not a good combination. I also have to remember to breathe through my nose, which is counter to the way my body wants to do it at anaerobic activity levels. This product was never designed for this kind of activity, so I make some allowances. It is comfortable, and not too hard to position so it fits snugly and slightly widens the base of your nostril, so that it does actually increase your ability to take in air, rather than decrease it.I'm not a fan of two things. The piece of material that connects the two filters runs between your nostrils hangs just the tiniest bit low for me, so that it looks like something might be dripping from my nose. I've had people say something, which means there are people who aren't saying anything because they're a little grossed out, who are probably choosing to avoid me. So I wouldn't wear this to a social event like a BBQ without having all the other guests knowing what I'm wearing, and why. Once people understand, they're cool with it.The second dislike is the "essential oil blend" that the manufacturer says is "designed to reduce allergy symptoms." I would rather not have them, and at the very least would like to know exactly what I'm inhaling. I'd much rather have unscented filters. Whatever it is hasn't seemed to cause me any problems, but unless I'm passing by a farm that's spread manure, I'd rather smell what's on the other side of the filter.Happy to answer any questions you might have; I re-ordered and have enough to get me through most of the summer.

Worked better than I'd hoped for
Worked better than I'd hoped for. I mow 5 or 6 hours a day and now I don't sneeze all the time.

Very hard to use.
Could not get it place in my nostrils so that I could actually breathe and sleep with it in place, I tried several times.

didnt fit
I wish I could use the filters and actually know how effective and helpful or not good they are, but they seemed to big for my nose so that was a waste for me.

Works better than expected
As with most allergy sufferers I'm willing to try just about anything. I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable these are and they definitely help if I decide to talk the dogs for a walk at short notice (without time to use pills/nasal sprays.

More comfortable than Woody Knows
I have been using the Woody Knows brand filters for several months and, although I love how they work mostly, I do find that I have to work hard to keep them seated in my nostrils so that there are no gaps. I've also been starting to get some serious chafing in the front of one nostril from them. So I decided to try some other brands, thinking I might use something else as a way to get relief from the chafing for a bit.I got these tonight and within moments of putting them in I was extremely impressed. In comparison to the Woody Knows, the plastic is much softer and more comfortable, and it is designed to form a double seal around the edges of the nostril. It feels very secure and comfortable, and does not feel like there are gaps.I have two minor issues with this. One is that the filter and housing are all one piece, so I can't replace the filter. I expect to be able to use each one for about three days, though, so this will probably be comparable in cost to replacing the filters in the other ones.My second issue basically concurs with the person who noted that these are scented. They are, but the scent is not long lasting and it's a minor annoyance for me. If you have chemical sensitivities, these aren't for you, but if that's the case you need a charcoal filter, anyway.Other than this, I'm very happy with them so far. I really need a good filter because I'm allergic to just about everything, I know the concept works, and these will probably work better than the others due to the excellent fit and sealing at the edges. Definitely worth a try, and I hope these stay on the market because they are certainly going to be a staple in my life from now on. Note, for the person who said they didn't fit, I went to the manufacturer's website (airwarelabs.com) and noted that they have two sizes available. I don't know why these are not sized on Amazon.com. You might check there and order a small size to see if those work better for you.
