Would this support a vinyl roll?

Hey I think so, it comes with a variety of clip things (I’m not very tech savvy excuse me) so should give multiple options for support. I have a velvet fabric backdrop that I use this for. Works a treat

How much weight can this hold?

It can hold 40lb or 18kg according to its description. I do have this stand and it is incredibly sturdy. I use it for photography backgrounds aswell as balloon/ party backdrops.

Can this also be used for a small backdrop for tabletop photography as well

It can, but if tabletop photography is your main activity something smaller may be more appropriate

Does this frame fit a 120" screen

I bought a 10 x 10 ft stand that is 3x3 M. My screen is 10 by 12 ft. So I usually have excess screen on the floor (lengthwise). If you have a 120 inch screen that is 10 ft. Now if your screen is 120 x 120 inch, It will have the right height (length) but you will have to fold the width and may be clip it since this stand is only 7ft in width
