Good quality for price
Installed on my 2010 1500 Silverado a month ago and works well haven’t had any issues. Perfect fit.Not hard to do if you’re mechanically inclined or know how to use YouTube.Saves hundreds of $$$$ over bringing it into the mechanic!

Saved me some big bucks...
Door handle broke in my 2013 GMC Sierra 1500. Stymest Auto body charged me 200$ for a 15$ switch they wanted to charge me 600$ to fix the handle and cable. So i decided to do my homework ordered parts myself. All my parts was under 75$. Could have saved 200$ if I'd ordered parts myself in the first place. To sum it up, do your research on your truck before going to a place where they over charge for dealer parts.... Yes, this cable is recommended 👌 my handle works great 👍

Cheaper than GM parts store
I have a 2012 GMC farm truck. Drivers side door sees a lot of use. I've replaced the door handle 2x and cable once. Amazon parts are cheaper and last just as long as GM parts. I recommend watching YouTube videos before repairing. Not hard just takes a little time.

Works ok, but was a little short
Needed to be rerouted because it was an inch or 2 shorter than my OEM one.I checked the measurements on my original and the description said it was the same length, the one I got was shorter than advertised.I made it work, but I feel it's over stressed the way I had to run the shorter cable, so I have no idea about longevity. It's been about a month at this point and seems ok still.
