A life saver for Menopausal Nights!
I suffered sleepless nights for years and this got worse during the menopause. I tried all kinds of remedies which did not work until I discovered this tea. It is absolutely amazing and is the best alternative to sleeping tablets which thank God I did not take which were prescribed by my GP. I now sleep like a baby. The aroma and taste are wonderful and it actually knocks you out! The best sleep remedy ever. I highly recommend and now a life time customer. 5 stars

not your typical lavender tea
i got this expecting it to taste same or similar to clipper tea snore and pace but this was 6 boxes for £10 clipper snore and peace was 4 boxes for £10 however the packaging states lavender ,camomile & honey ,sadly it smells and tastes like murry mints boiled sweets i thought i was imagined it so i have made family members this tea they agreed it dose taste/smell just like murry mints witch if you love murry mints fine but i ordered lavender tea i wanted lavender tea i expected lavender tea so it is very fair to say i am not happy or impressed with my order i dont know if they was just packaged wrong but i am now stuck with creamy mint teas i dont want or need

Add a little honey.
Like the combination flavour and blend . Been struggling with sleep problems. Drinking this one hour before bed helps me to unwind and get my sleep pattern better.
