Nice way to add extra protein to your diet works really well. Been taking it for a few years now.

I canโt say that it helps the immune system, but since I started taking this I have gone years with out even a cold. And it does great growing hair and nails too. Some complain about the taste, but I donโt have any issue with it and no stomach issues either.
